Our overall goal is to process your order with 24-48 hours of it being placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends & National public holidays. For shipping within the United States and International, all items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. USPS provides you with a tracking code for your package, so that it may be tracked online.

We are not responsible for custom fees/taxes these duties are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest contacting your local customs office before purchasing if you are unaware of the taxes and custom fees that are pertinent to you. Please note, in some cases customs may very well delay delivery of some packages. Please advised that Grind with Guam is not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages and we will not issue a refund. If your package has been lost please contact USPS to file a claim. Also shipping time varies per destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
BODIED THE CURVY WAY does not issue refunds,or exchanges,Unless item is defective we will send out a new product. Item must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date in exchange for another item from BODIED THE CURVY WAY. All tags must still be attached, and item must be in its original condition. Item must be unworn, free of any damages, unwashed, odor free and free of makeup stains.Item must be returned at customer's expense unless it was an error per BODIED THE CURVY WAY. You must obtain proof of postage just for any reason your item is lost on it's way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange. Please be aware that item/s are your responsibility until they are returned to BODIED THE CURVY WAY Do keep in mind that there are no refunds or exchanges on sale items, accessories or any items purchased on date of promotional sale (FINAL SALE). Unless item is defective we will send out a new product.
New order will be processed as per normal, our apologies that we cannot expedite any new orders processed, However we will process all exchanges as fast and efficiently as possible. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.
